Exchange Policy (Damaged Items Only)

We take utmost care in packaging and handling your order. However, if a product is received in a damaged condition, we are pleased to offer an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• A clear, unedited unboxing video must be provided showing the item being removed from its original packaging.
  
  
• The video must clearly display the damage and be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  
  
• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
